To apply a gift card or reward code to your order, enter the exact code in the “Gift Card or Reward Code” window during checkout and click “Apply” to be sure your code gets added to your order.Please note that our site only allows one promo code to be used per order.

Once an order is placed there's a very small amount of time in which we are able to make any order changes. If you realize a mistake on the order, please send us an email to sales@optageaudio.com so we can attempt to catch it before fulfillment. 

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our full return policy here.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We respond to all correspondence within 24 hours - most often we're able to respond within an hour! Sometimes Gmail email addresses filter our responses to the 'Promotions' folder. Please be sure to check there! If you check spam or promotions, our response may have been filtered elsewhere.
